President EDAOP Prof. Dr. Madeeha Malik was featured on instagram live of renowned blog Islam & ED where she discussed the initiative taken by EDAOP to promote body positivity and create awareness on eating disorders through a fashion runway. She also discussed the urgent need for development of an eating disorders treatment centres in various other cities of the country. Ms. Maha and Prof. Dr. Madeeha also discussed the need of changing the cultural norms of body shaming and need of promoting body positivity and self-acceptance on media.
