Acknowledgement of EDAOP by STRIPED-Strategic Training Initiative for the Prevention of Eating Disorders based at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health and Boston Children's Hospital



Dr. Bryn Austin, the Founding Director of Strategic Training Initiative for the Prevention of Eating Disorders: A Public Health Incubator at the Harvard Chan School of Public Health and Boston Children’s Hospital, congratulated the team of Eating Disorders Association of Pakistan for its launch on World Eating Disorders Action Day on our twitter page. Dr. Bryn is Professor of Social and Behavioral Sciences at the Harvard Chan School of Public Health, Professor of Pediatrics at Harvard Medical School, and Research Faculty in the Division of Adolescent and Young Adult Medicine at Boston Children’s Hospital. 

STRIPED is a public health incubator, designed to cultivate novel insights and strategies for prevention of Eating Disorders. They introduce trainees to a rich array of disciplinary perspectives, methodologies, and theories and provide them with opportunities to join crosscutting collaborative teams.
